All Coach's and Board Members are required to have all of their clearances prior to the start of the season. 

Clearances required to coach (If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or board member, you will also be required to have these clearances)
PA State Police Background Check
PA Child Abuse Clearance

If you have lived in Pennsylvania for 10 years or more you can sign the waiver.  If you have not lived in Pennsylvania for at least 10 years, you are required to complete the background and get finger printed. There is a cost associated with the FBI background check and fingerprinting.  QYWC is not responsible for the cost.
